Key responsibilities


  • Oversee talent review, assessment, succession planning, development, and competency frameworks.
  • Design and implement progressive talent management policies and processes to support business needs and succession planning.
  • Develop and manage assessment and development programs for high-potential employees.
  • Ensure the effective implementation, communication, and integration of talent management processes across the organization.
  • Enhance tools and processes for talent review, including the identification of high-potential talent, critical positions, and development plans.
  • Manage post-talent review processes to ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Oversee pipeline programs, such as scholarships and overseas management schemes.
  • Manage talent development programs, including mentorship initiatives.
  • Analyze talent data to inform fact-based decision-making.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key talent metrics.
  • Coach and guide employees on their career and development goals.
  • Facilitate internal staffing for career growth and development.


Requirements



  • Possess a University Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in a business or COE context.
  • Familiarity with talent assessment and development tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare reports and proposals.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on coaching.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
